& research from prior reports & drawings in order to run complete
structural analysis’ on water tanks, rooftops, platforms, billboards,
monopoles, self-supports, lattice towers, flagpoles, and light poles.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversee A/E vendors who supplied Tower Mappings,
structural analysis, foundation mappings, geotechs & modification
designs for AT&T Sites. I was responsible for all structural
engineering services on Nsoro Self Perform Turf sites & non-turf
external customer sites.
Reported
on progress & status daily, weekly & monthly. Reviewed
completed reports for accuracy & Rev. F & Rev. G. structural
standards. Ensured vendors delivered services at plan date or prior

ANALYTICAL/ENGINEERING:
Monitored Alarm events on Wimax Network as they were coming on air.
Reported critical alarms such as TTLNA, TRX failures, TMA Alarms, &
AP_AP link Failures. Sent these alarms to Field Operations. Responsible for
storage & assembly of drive test data packages after RF Engineer
reviewed the data. Responsible for opening MOP tickets for on air
sites to be completed during maintenance window. Managed & maintained
live document in Google Docs for real time access to sites on air.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Created the process for receiving data packages from field resources.
Responsible for coordinating the efforts of Backhaul Team, Field
Operations, & RF Engineering for low throughput resolution on uplink
& downlink. Direct reports included 14 Drive Testers who were
responsible for testing each site’s speed & collecting RF data such as
CINR, RSSI, & Preambles. Testers used software such as Kanon, &
WITT to measure the data collected. Manned an RF Bridge while testers were
in the field. Responsible for all communication with other departments
(Project Coordination). I was a part of a 2 person Project Management team
that covered 7 days a week from 6am to 12am daily. Responsible for
reporting progress of testing all 674 cell sites in the Clearwire Chicago Launch

InfoWorks, Google Earth. Upgraded existing UMTS to LTE technology.
ANALYTICAL/ENGINEERING/REGULATORY: Confirm evidence of a fully executed lease with
appropriate exhibits, final zoning approval documentation and drawings,
building permits, and stamped construction drawing to ensure consistency.
Coordinates Phase 1 and National Environmental Protection Act compliance
with the Site Acquisition Manager and client. Coordinate design revisions
if needed with Engineers to ensure all Site Acq tasks that are needed are
completed. Finalize all regulatory documentation including zoning imposed
by local jurisdictions, state regulatory requirements, and federal packages
for compliance filing with the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal
Communication Commission, and any other regulatory agencies. Review site designs
for workplace safety with regards to Phase 1, Phase 2, & abatement if
